Laser cutter software RDworks v8 tutorial 15 How to Set the Processing order

Hi friends, this is ken from Thunderlaser.

How can we engrave the photo first and then the letters and then cut them out? We can see there’re 3 different layers. Set the black BMP layers into top first. Select the black BMP layer then click “up” button twice. Now we can set the blue layer to the second.

The black BMP is the photo. The blue layer is the letters and then red layer is the outline.

Now click the “cut optimize” button and tick “Order of layer” and click ok. Now the processing order is set to from up to down.

Send the file to your laser cutter now.
